What is Transformational Ethics?
Transformational Ethics is the terrain of personal development and transformation. As holistic practitioners, we have chosen a vocation that requires constant renewal of mind, body, heart and soul if we want to avoid burnout, take joy in our work and grow in service to others. We learn many skills along the way, we study and gain knowledge. Perhaps the worthiest skill is the ability to offer our clients our best self; perhaps our higher self. Ethics education then becomes a journey of growth and transformation! The possibilities of this journey are endless as we enter what could be a wondrous, miraculous and exciting frontier; the journey of self- discovery. And this, my friend is a life time journey!

Ethical Dimensions offers workshops that explore the multiple dimensions of ethics education. Course offerings include a wide range of traditional concerns in areas such as codes and guidelines, confidentiality, informed consent, roles and boundaries, appropriate self- disclosure, dual role relationship and sexual misconduct. The journey then deepens and broadens into areas such as self-care and awareness, developing a deep and powerful listening presence, understanding your relationship with power & authority, informed decision making and ethics as soul work. Learning to dance gracefully and skillfully within the web of our own power is a life time journey!

Ethical Dimensions is a continuing education platform intended to be of inspiration and guidance for massage therapists, body workers, teachers, massage therapy school faculty and staff, along with other holistic practitioners. The educational offerings are useful to the novice as well as the seasoned practitioner. The Courses offered are for those seeking a deeper and broader experience of Ethics education.
